In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R, The Hospital Company (Dartford) Issuer plc confirms the following directorate changes to the Board of Directors of The Hospital Company (Dartford) Issuer plc, effective 30 September 2024:
· Alan Edward Birch will step down from his role as Nominated Director (on behalf of Semperian PPP Investment Partners No.2 Limited).
· Daniel North will be appointed to the role of Nominated Director (on behalf of Semperian PPP Investment Partners No.2 Limited).
· Gary Brown will be appointed to the role of alternate Director to Daniel North.
