(the "Relevant Series")

Leverage Shares plc (the ("Issuer") hereby gives notice of a clerical error included in the final terms (the "FT") of the Relevant Series, as submitted to the UK Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange only. More specifically, the "Issue Date" of the relevant tranche as outlined in the FT is incorrectly stated as "4 October 2024" and should instead be "7 October 2024".

Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning given thereto in the FT of the Relevant Series.
