The Board of Directors of HSBC ETFs PLC (the "Company") wishes to announce the following change to the composition of its Board of Directors;
The resignation of Anthony Jeffs from his position of Non-Executive Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 7 October 2024 and the appointment of Xavier Baraton (the "New Director") to the position of Non-Executive Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 7 October 2024 in his place.
