As at 30 September 2024, the Company's issued share capital consists of 88,801,301 ordinary shares of 1 pence, carrying one vote each, of which 24,631,986 are held in Treasury. Therefore, as at 30 September 2024, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 64,169,315.
