The Company announces that Ekaterina Thomson has today resigned from the Board of the Company, following the successful combination of Henderson EuroTrust plc and Henderson European Focus Trust plc in July 2024. The Board thanks Mrs Thomson for her services and contribution to the consolidation and to the Board of Henderson EuroTrust plc which she joined in 2017.
