As at 30 September 2024, the Company's issued share capital consists of 2,485,962,886 ordinary shares. The total issued share capital with voting rights is 2,478,868,326. The Company has 7,094,560 shares held in treasury.
The above figure of 2,478,868,326 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules.
