26 September 2024 - SDI Group plc, the AIM quoted Group focused on the design and manufacture of products for use in the lab equipment, industrial & scientific sensors and the industrial & scientific products markets, has been informed that Ken Ford, Non-Executive Chair, has today purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

 

Following this transaction, Ken Ford now holds 1,005,217 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which represents approximately 0.96% of its issued share capital.
