EnQuest PLC, announces that, pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), it has been informed that Marianne Daryabegui, Non-Executive Director of EnQuest PLC, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited, an energy company quoted on the London Stock Exchange, on 1 October 2024.
This announcement is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14(2) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority ('UKLA').
