The Issuer is pleased to announce it has received written confirmation from the Paying Agent that, as part of the semi-annual income payment commitment, the funds were remitted to legal holders on 04 September 2024.
Capitalised terms used but not defined herein have the meaning given to them in the terms and conditions of the Notes as set out in the Pricing Supplement dated 28 February 2024 relating to the Notes.
