Narf Industries plc (LSE: NARF), the cybersecurity group specializing in high-end threat intelligence and critical infrastructure security, is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.00am on 4 October 2024 at the offices of Tennyson Securities, 65 Petty France, London SW1H 9EU.
The notice convening the AGM, a Letter from The Chairman and the Form of Proxy have been sent to shareholders and are available on the Company's website (www.narfgroup.com), as is the Company's Annual Report for the fifteen month period ended 31 March 2024.
