Non-Executive Director Succession for AGM 2025
As part of the Board's succession planning, Inken Braunschmidt was appointed to the Board on 1 July 2024 with the intention that she will take over as Chair of the Remuneration Committee at TT Electronics plc's ("the Company") 2025 Annual General Meeting.
The Company announces in advance that, after 9 years of service, Alison Wood will step down as a Non-Executive Director at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 8 May 2025, at which time she will also cease to be the Chair of the Remuneration Committee and will relinquish her membership of the Company's Audit, Nominations and Remuneration Committees.
Warren Tucker, the Chairman of TT Electronics plc, said:

Alison has been instrumental in the evolution of TTE's strategic evolution and always a wise counsel to the Board. Alison leaves TT Electronics with the Board's best wishes for the future."
This announcement is made in fulfilment of the Company's obligation under UK LR 9.6.11.
