Total Voting Rights
In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), the Company notifies the market of the following:
At close of business on 30 August 2024 the issued share capital of the Company comprised 499,304,654 Ordinary shares of nominal value of £0.01 each ('Ordinary Shares'), all of which have been admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority ('FCA') and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
All of the issued ordinary shares carry voting rights of one vote per share and the Company does not hold any shares in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the under the Rules.
The total number of voting rights confirmed in this announcement does not reflect the shares purchased on 29 and 30 August 2024 under the Share Buyback Programme which have yet to settle and be cancelled.
