· Circular relating to the Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 September 2024
· Form of Proxy for shareholders to vote at the Annual General Meeting
A copy of the above documents have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism where they will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
