Bank Facility Extension
The Company is pleased to announce that, on 7 August 2024, it completed and entered into a new credit facility agreement (the "Facility") with its existing bankers, National Westminster Bank plc (the "Bank"). The Facility, for a total funding of £21.7m which has been fully drawn to replace the existing facility, extends the Company's arrangements by 24 months to 30 December 2026, on terms no less favourable than the pre-existing facility with the Bank.
