ISSUE OF EQUITY AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
The Directors of Triple Point Venture VCT Plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce the allotment of 705,100 Venture Shares of 1p each at an average price of 98.631 pence per share on 31 July 2024 pursuant to the offer for subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 22 September 2023 (the "Offer").
The shares allotted are to be admitted to the Official List. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 14 August 2024.
As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 72,947,100 Venture Class Shares.
Following today's allotment of Venture Shares, the Offer has now closed.
