Results of Extraordinary General Meeting
Kibo Energy PLC (AIM: KIBO; AltX: KBO), the renewable energy focused development company, announces the results of voting at its Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held today. Proxies were received by shareholders holding 46.45 % of the shares in Kibo (6,146,662,050 ordinary shares issued and outstanding). The Resolution was carried.
