Result of General Meeting
Silverwood Brands plc (Aquis: SLWD), a holding company established to invest primarily in branded consumer businesses, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed on a show of hands.
The proxy votes cast in advance of the meeting are summarised in the table below. The percentage of shares voted is calculated based on the Company's issued share capital of 42,500,176 Ordinary Shares of 10p each.
