Results of AGM held on 24 July 2024

 

Motorpoint Group PLC, the UK's leading independent omnichannel used vehicle retailer, announces that, at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 24 July 2024, all of the Resolutions as set out in the AGM Notice were approved by way of a poll vote by shareholders, the results of which are set out below.

 

As at 10.00 am on 24 July 2024, the number of issued ordinary £0.01 shares of the Company was 87,756,356. This represents the total number of shares entitling the holders to attend and vote for or against all resolutions. 57,114,132 proxy votes were received representing 65.08% of the issued share capital of Motorpoint.
