Transaction in Own Shares
Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Group"), the leader in business-critical services, announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced on 22 May 2024, the Company has purchased 1,030,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") in the market at a volume weighted average price of 454.89 pence per Share through Cavendish Capital Markets Limited ("Cavendish"). The Shares acquired will, in due course, be cancelled.
