The Directors of iShares VII plc (the "Company") wish to inform you of the upcoming closure of the Sub-Fund and compulsory redemption of all its participating shares.
The closure of the Sub-Funds is due to take effect on or around 21st of August 2024 (the "Compulsory Redemption Date") as set out below:

If you are still a Shareholder in the Sub-Fund on the Compulsory Redemption Date, your shares will be automatically redeemed. The assets of the Sub-Fund will be liquidated in order to return the proceeds of your investment to you. If you do not wish for your shares to be automatically redeemed on the Compulsory Redemption Date, you can redeem your shares in the Sub-Fund at any time up to and including the Final Dealing Date in accordance with the normal Sub-Fund redemption procedures as set out in the Sub-Fund's prospectus.
An electronic copy of the full shareholder letter shall be made available shortly for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and available to download from the iShares website www.ishares.com
