Notification of transaction by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and connected persons
Assura plc ("Assura"), the specialist healthcare property investor and developer announces that on 8 July 2024, the following named PDMRs were granted the following share options over Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company under the Company's Performance Share Plan ("PSP").

These options are subject to three performance conditions which will be determined after the 2026/27 financial year. 33% of the option shares are subject to a Total Shareholder Return ("TSR") performance condition, 33% of the option shares are subject to a Total Accounting Return ("TAR") performance condition and the remaining 33% are subject to ESG measures related to portfolio energy reduction targets (energy usage intensity, "EUI") and net zero carbon developments. Details of the performance conditions are set out in the Company's Directors' Remuneration Report for 2023/24.
In addition, the following PDMRs were granted restricted share options over Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the company under the PSP.
