- Mr. Mohamed Hamdan Ashmawy, Non-Executive Expert Board Member (independent);
- Mrs. Wafaa Shoukry Zaklama, Board Member;
- Mrs. Manal Abdel Hamid; Executive Board Member;

2. To approve Board of Directors' report on Company's activity for the period starting on 01/01/2024 and ending on 31/03/2024.
3. To ratify the Auditor's report on the consolidated financial statements for the period starting on 01/01/2024 and ending on 31/03/2024.
4. To approve the consolidated financial statements for the fiscal period starting on 01/01/2024 and ending on 31/03/2024.
