Tortilla, the largest and most successful fast-casual Mexican restaurant group in the UK, announces that, following the completion of the all-share merger between Liberum Capital Limited and Panmure Gordon Group Limited, the Company has changed its Nominated Adviser and Broker to Panmure Liberum Limited with immediate effect.
