Pennant International Group plc (AIM:PEN), the systems support and training solutions company, announces that its Annual General Meeting for 2024 will be held at 10:00am on 17 July 2024 at Unit D3, Staverton Connection, Staverton, Cheltenham GL51 0TF.
The Notice of AGM has been published and is available on the "AGM Documents" page on the Company's website (https://www.pennantplc.com/investors/agm-documents/) with hard copies having been sent to shareholders together with printed annual accounts for 2023 as applicable, in accordance with communications preferences.
