Board Changes
As part of the Board's succession planning the Company announced on 7 May 2024 that Ruth Beechey had been appointed a Director of the Company, with effect from 1 July 2024.
Mr Clive Parritt now retires as a Director of the Company on 30 June 2024, after serving for several years. We thank him for his valuable contribution over the years. Ms Jane Routledge replaces Clive as Senior Independent Director.
