Director / PDMR shareholding
ADVFN announces that it was informed on 20 May 2024 that on the same date Anthony Wollenberg, a non-executive director, acquired 60,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 12.875p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction and the admission of 140,000 new Ordinary Shares to be issued to Anthony Wollenberg as announced on 16 May 2024, Anthony Wollenberg will be interested in 200,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.43% of the enlarged issued share capital.
