Availability and Posting of the 2023 Annual Report

Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

 

The Company confirms that the 2023 Annual report (Report), together with the Notice convening the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM), and Form of Proxy have been sent to all shareholders by either electronic means or posted to those who have elected to receive hard copies.

 

AGM

The AGM will be at 10.00am on Tuesday, 11 June 2024 at the Group's Headquarters, Flowtech Fluidpower plc, Bollin House, Bollin Walk, Wilmslow Cheshire, SK9 1DP.

In order to allow shareholders to follow the AGM proceedings without attending in person, the Company is providing access online via the Investor Meet Company platform.  However, please note that shareholders will not be able to vote online at the AGM via the IMC platform and are therefore requested to submit voting via proxy, as early as possible.

Shareholders are invited to submit any questions for the Board to consider, and these can be pre submitted ahead of the AGM either via email: info@flowtechfluidpower.com or, the Investor Meet Company Platform up until 9am the day before the meeting. Questions can also be posted on the platform during the live session.

We operate a leading Distributor Partners Programme supplying our wide range of Products and Engineering Services through our strategic network of Distributors and Service Providers giving them the support they need to service their end-customers.  This is enabled by our tried and tested white label catalogue, E-commerce and fulfilment business model.

 

Engineered Systems and Solutions

We supply specialist technical Power, Motion & Control components & systems with our core being centred around pneumatics and hydraulic industrial and mobile applications.  This includes bespoke design, manufacturing, commissioning, installation, and servicing of systems to manufacturers of specialised industrial and mobile OEMs, and additionally a wide range of industrial end users.  From a simple technical system build such as a Hydraulic Power Pack to the repair of pumps, values and cylinders through to site-based diagnostics and services to fully integrated turn-key solutions, we have a strong engineering pedigree at our core making us the trusted adviser and solutions partner for our customers.
