India Capital Growth Fund ("ICGF" or the "Company) announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, that Elisabeth Scott, the Independent Non-Executive Chair of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of BlackRock World Mining Trust plc, a company listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 9 May 2024.
