HSS Hire Group Plc ("HSS" or "the Group") announces that, after nearly eight years with the Group, Paul Quested, Chief Financial Officer, will leave HSS and resign his HSS directorship with effect from 1 September 2024, having decided to dedicate time to his family for the foreseeable future.

Since joining in 2016, Paul has worked tirelessly to improve the business and has played a major part in HSS' transformational journey and commercial success.

The HSS Board would like to take this opportunity to extend its deep thanks to Paul for his very significant contribution throughout this time.

A recruitment exercise to find his replacement is underway and Paul will be supporting this process, both in finding his successor and handing over his responsibilities. The announcement of a successor will be made in due course.
