YouGov, the international research and data analytics group, announces that, in line with the Board's previously disclosed succession plan, Rosemary Leith has stepped down from the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 30 April 2024.

Rosemary was first appointed to the Board of Directors on 1 February 2015 and has served as Senior Independent Director (until 31 July 2023) and Chair of the Remuneration Committee during her tenure. Rosemary is a Non-Executive Director of Proton AG, Non-Executive Director of Intermediate Capital Group plc and Chair of the Risk Committee, Senior Advisor to SandboxAQ and Senior Advisor to PE Motive Partners/Motive Ventures. She is a co-founding Director of the World Wide Web Foundation, a Trustee of the National Gallery and a Fellow at Harvard's Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society.

As previously disclosed, a search is under way for a new Non-Executive Director. The Board will announce any further updates to Non-Executive Director roles and responsibilities once a successor is announced.
