Changes to the Board - Director Retirement
The Board of CVC Income & Growth Limited announces that Mr Richard Boléat, a non-executive director and Chair of the Company, has retired from the Board with effect from 30 April 2024.
Mr Boléat has been on the Board since its inception in 2013 and the Directors would like to express their gratitude for his valuable contribution during his tenure.
Upon the retirement of Mr Boléat, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr Robert Kirkby, a non-executive director, to the role of Chair of the Company.
