Tribe Technology PLC (AIM: TRYB), a disruptive developer and manufacturer of autonomous mining equipment, announces the following information relating to directors' disclosure pursuant to rule 17 under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
Mike Irvine, Non-Executive Director of the Company, is a director of Further Space Limited which was placed into administration on 11 April 2024.
