The Annual Report and Accounts has been posted to shareholders in which notice is given that the twelfth Annual General Meeting of Cirata plc will be held at the UK offices of Brown Rudnick LLP, 8 Clifford Street, London W1S 2LQ on 14 May 2024 at 2:00 pm.
