The Company announces that it received notification on 15 April 2024 that on 15 April 2024 Mr Tony Robert Pattison, Chairman of Fiske plc, bought 5,000 Fiske ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on behalf of his wife, Mrs Catherine M Pattison, at 72.5 pence per Ordinary Share, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
Following this transaction, Mr Pattison and his wife are now interested in 530,617 Ordinary Shares, which represents 4.49% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
