Velocity Composites plc (AIM: VEL.L), the leading supplier of advanced composite material kits to the aerospace market, announces that on 5 April 2024, Andrew Beaden, Chairman, purchased 12,500 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 30.684 pence per Ordinary Share into his SIPP.
Following this purchase, Mr Beaden holds a beneficial interest in 580,975 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.09 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
