Notice of Full Year Results

Northcoders (AIM:CODE), a UK market leading technology training business, will announce its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2023 on Tuesday, 30 April 2024.

There will be an in-person presentation for analysts at 9:30am on the day of the announcement, hosted by Chris Hill (CEO) and Charlotte Prior (CFO) at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN.  Please contact Buchanan for further details.

For retail investors, the Group will also be presenting its FY-2023 results via the Investor Meet Company platform and a further announcement detailing the specific timing for this will be issued in due course.
