Notice of Annual General Meeting

Tribe Technology PLC (AIM: TRYB), a disruptive developer and manufacturer of autonomous mining equipment, announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM" or the "Meeting") is now available at the Company's investor relations website at www.tribetechgroup.com. Hard copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting were posted on Friday to those shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies.

The board of directors of Tribe Tech (the "Board" or the "Directors") are pleased to confirm that the Company's first AGM will take place at the offices of Allenby Capital Limited, 5th Floor, 5 St Helen's Place, London, EC3A 6AB on Tuesday 26 March 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

The Board is committed to providing an open AGM and those who wish to attend the Meeting will be welcome. In order to facilitate the smooth operation of the AGM, and to ensure that visitor numbers are appropriately managed, we ask all shareholders that wish to attend the Meeting to notify the Company Secretary in advance and by no later than 10:00 a.m. (UK) on Friday, 22 March 2024 via email at tribetech@oneadvisory.london.

If you hold your shares via a nominee but wish to attend in person yourself, you will need to:

a)    Request that the nominee provides a letter confirming your name, address and shareholding and send it via email to tribetech@oneadvisory.london;

b)    Ensure this letter is sent, signed by 10:00 a.m. (UK) on Friday, 22 March 2024; and

c)    Present photo identification at the AGM.

To further support shareholder engagement there will be an opportunity for shareholders to ask questions. In order to facilitate this process, the Directors would request that shareholders submit questions in advance, before 5:00 p.m. on 22 March 2024. The results of the AGM will be announced following the conclusion of the AGM and will also be available on the Company's website.
