The Board of JPMorgan Emerging Europe Middle East & Africa Securities plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 4th March 2024, an ordinary dividend of 0.5 pence per share, for the year ended 31st October 2023, will be paid on 15th March 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 2nd February 2024. The ex-dividend date is 1st February 2024.
A dividend reinvestment plan is available for shareholders and the last election date is 23rd February 2024.
