Drawdown of Convertible Bond Facility and Grant of Warrants

 

Technology Minerals Plc (LSE: TM1), the first listed UK company focused on creating a sustainable circular economy for battery metals, announces that further to its announcement on 8 January 2024, that it had approved a £5 million Convertible Bond Facility with CLG Capital LLC, it has completed the drawdown of the first £1.0 million and in accordance with the terms of the facility, the Company issued CLG Capital LLC with the following warrants:
