LEADERSHIP SUCCESSION

Further to the announcement made on 8 August 2023, Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, the leading global thermal energy management and fluid technology solutions Group, confirms that Nimesh Patel has commenced his role as Group Chief Executive following the retirement of Nicholas Anderson.

 

Phil Scott has also taken up the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer.
