Restoration of Company's Shares to Trading on AIM,
Admission of Placing Shares

and TVR Update

Microsaic Systems plc (AIM: MSYS), the developer of micro-electronic instruments and analytical solutions, announce the following updates.

 

Restoration

 

Following the publication of the Annual Report and Interim Results at 7.00 a.m. this morning, its Ordinary Shares are expected to be restored to trading on AIM at 7.30 a.m. today.

 

Admission of Placing Shares & Directors' Participation

 

The Company confirms that the 169,000,000 Placing Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00 a.m. today.

 

In addition, following the publication of the Annual Report and Interim Results, the Company confirms that Bob Moore and Nigel Burton have now entered into contractual obligations to subscribe for 9,040,000 and 2,000,000 Placing Shares respectively, in line with the expectations set out in the Conditional Placing announcement issued yesterday afternoon.

 

Total voting rights

 

Following Admission, the Company will have 179,178,185 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, from Admission, the total voting rights in the Company will be 179,178,185.

 

From Admission, the figure of 179,178,185 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company pursuant to the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
