Future Metals NL ("Future Metals" or the "Company", ASX|AIM: FME) confirms that, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, the following securities will be released from voluntary escrow:

| Fully Paid Ordinary Shares | 17 January 2024 | 3,500,000 |
The Company will apply for quotation of such Fully Paid Ordinary Shares when released from escrow, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 2.8.5. It is noted that the Fully Paid Ordinary Shares are already admitted to trading on AIM and are included within the Company's current total voting rights figure of 442,219,721.
