Eagle Eye secures five-year contract with Pattison Food Group including first win for EagleAI
Western Canada's largest grocery retailer adopts the AIR platform to evolve its loyalty programme and will also use the newly developed EagleAI service to enable personalised, real-time marketing at scale
Eagle Eye, a leading SaaS company that creates digital customer connections enabling personalised, real-time marketing, has secured a five-year agreement with Pattison Food Group Ltd ("PFG"), Western Canada's largest grocery retailer, for the use of Eagle Eye's AIR platform to enhance its loyalty programme, More Rewards.
PFG provides food and health products under 11 retail banners, with the largest being Save-On-Foods. PFG selected Eagle Eye's technology to evolve its loyalty programme, More Rewards, and to better personalise the customer experience. Alongside Eagle Eye's real time loyalty and omnichannel promotions products, PFG will also be using Eagle Eye's new AI tools to generate and autonomously target personalised offers for its 3.5 million More Rewards members. EagleAI, the Company's new product suite of built-for-retail algorithms, will create significant efficiencies in the ongoing management of PFG's promotional programme, enabling AI-powered personalisation at scale.
This contract further strengthens Eagle Eye's presence in North America and demonstrates retailers' appetite for the Group's AI solution ahead of the full launch of EagleAI in 2024.
Jamie Nelson, Pattison Food Group Chief Operating Officer commented, "Delivering value for money and products that excite and delight our customers is more important to the success of our business than ever. Our More Rewards program plays an important role in helping us reward our customers and show our appreciation for choosing to shop in our stores. The AIR platform's ability to personalise marketing messages in real-time, at scale, and the Eagle Eye team's proven ability to support some of the world's most successful loyalty programmes, makes them the ideal partner to take us on the next stage of our engagement journey."
Tim Mason, CEO of Eagle Eye, commented: "We're delighted to be working with PFG to support the transformation of its highly successful digital loyalty programme. We continue to strengthen our presence in North America, a rapidly growing digital promotions market and, with the addition of EagleAI to our best-in-class enterprise grade AIR platform, have a supercharged offering to take to this significant market."
