Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 22 December 2023, a non-discretionary underlying private client of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Interim Chairman of the Company, sold 70,997 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 22.74p per Ordinary Share due to adjustments in individual client portfolios. These Ordinary Shares are therefore now outside of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited's notifiable interest.
Following the above transaction, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has a resulting notifiable
interest in 35,841,283 Ordinary Shares.
