Notification and public disclosure of transaction
The Company has been notified that on 13 December 2023, Dr Joseph Bernhard Mark Mobius, one of the Company's portfolio managers at Mobius Capital Partners LLP, sold 418,496 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 128.50 pence per share. He also sold, on 26 December 2023, a further 656 Ordinary Shares at a price of 135.00 pence per share.
As a result of the transactions, Dr Mobius holds a total of 13,530,726 Ordinary Shares, representing an aggregate 11.72% of the Company's issued share capital.
