Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

 

Avingtrans plc (AIM: AVG), which designs, manufactures and supplies critical components, modules, systems and associated services to the energy, medical and industrial sectors, announces that on 15 December 2023, an employee of the Group exercised options over 4,722 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

 

Issue of Equity

 

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM for the 4,722 new Ordinary Shares ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 21 December 2023.

 

Total Voting Rights

 

Following the issue of the 4,722 new Ordinary Shares, the Company will have a total of 32,897,522 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
