Result of Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors (the 'Board') of Oakley Capital Investments Limited1 ('OCI' or 'the Company') announces that at the 2023 Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Meeting were passed by the requisite majorities (except Special Resolution 8, pursuant to which the requisite majority of shareholders voted against the cessation of OCI, in line with the recommendation of the Company).
