Director/PDMR Share Purchases
Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., the leading government relations and public affairs group of companies providing a comprehensive range of advisory services, has been notified that on 30 October 2023 Mr. Zachary Williams, Executive Director, purchased 36,200 Common Shares at 115 pence each and on 31 October 2023 Mr. William Chess, Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Director purchased 42,000 Common Shares at 114.5 pence each and Ms. Jill Kendrick, Chief Operating Officer, purchased 30,000 Common Shares at 114.5 pence each. Following the transactions, Zachary Williams holds 4,822,237 shares, representing 4.19 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company, William Chess holds 2,350,978 shares, representing 2.04 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company and Jill Kendrick holds 2,200,692 shares representing 1.91 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
