Exercise of Options
Journeo plc (AIM: JNEO), a leading provider of information systems and technical services to transport operators and local authorities, announces the issuance of 16,667 new ordinary shares of 6.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to an exercise of options by an employee.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 16,667 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and it is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 13 October 2023.
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 16,474,491 Ordinary Shares with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury and therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company following Admission will be 16,474,491. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
