Notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report and Financial Statements 2023
In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 the Company has today published and posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Financial Statement for the year ended 25 June 2023 ("the Annual Report") together with the Notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("the Notice").
The Company further announces that its Annual Report has also been prepared in accordance with European Single Electronic Format ("ESEF") reporting requirements.
The documents have today been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism at: https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism.
In accordance with DTR 6.3.5(3) the Annual Report and Financial Statements 2023 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting in unedited full text are also accessible on the Company's corporate website at: https://www.dfscorporate.co.uk
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at its registered office, 1 Rockingham Way, Redhouse Interchange, Adwick-le-Street, Doncaster, DN6 7NA, at 2.30pm on Friday 10 November 2023
